My advice is that everyone go out and see some fast-pickin bluegrass. I also recommend an excess of uncharted trails with roots-a-plenty, violent bikeriding, and a couple of fearless individuals to join you and perhaps save your life in the event that, during your bikeriding extravaganza, you run headfirst into a tree.

I, incidentally, ran headfirst into a tree three times. The awkward life of clumsiness never ceases to amaze me!
